About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. Kovra is a service of Sotena Group LLC. By using this site you agree to these terms.

What this site is

This is a marketing site for Kovra. The map shows referral sources drawn from the public Medicare NPI Registry, placed near their ZIP code. It shows counts and locations, not names or addresses, and it uses no patient information.

No guarantee of results

Any figures shown as proof come from one anonymized provider and are presented as a record of what happened, measured a specific way. They are not a promise or a guarantee of the results your agency will see.

Engagements are separate

Using this site does not create an engagement. Any Kovra engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between your organization and Sotena Group LLC. Nothing on this site changes or replaces that agreement.

Our intellectual property

The Kovra name, the coverage-ring mark, the Referral Engine framework, and the content on this site belong to Sotena Group LLC. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with this site or its services, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law.

Site provided as is

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Sotena Group LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.
