Kovra is a service of Sotena Group LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Sotena Group LLC is the company responsible for that information.

What we collect

The map on this site uses public provider records from the Medicare NPI Registry. It uses no patient information of any kind. When you submit the contact form, we collect the first name you enter, the phone number or email address you provide, the ZIP code you searched and the source count shown to you, the date and time you agreed to be contacted, and the IP address that submitted the form.

How we use it

We use what you submit to contact you about referral growth for your agency by phone, text, and email, and to prepare for that conversation with your market context already in hand. We do not use it for anything else.

Consent and opt-out

When you submit the form and tick the consent box, you agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from Kovra and Sotena Group LLC about referral growth for your agency. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to stop calling. We keep a record of your consent for compliance.

Who we share it with

We share what you submit with the service providers that run our customer system and messaging, such as our CRM and outreach platform, and they act on our behalf under our instructions. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for our relationship with you and to meet our legal obligations, then we remove it.
